Educate, Equip, and Engage®

Since 1985, Leadership Gwinnett has served as the definitive catalyst for community transformation. As the region’s premier leadership organization, we Educate, Equip, and Engage® a diverse network of emerging and established leaders to shape a brighter future.

During this nine month program, our participants gain an unparalleled understanding of civic and social landscapes, allowing them to leverage their influence for Gwinnett’s greater good. By fostering deep connections and diverse perspectives, we produce a powerhouse of leaders who lead and serve where they live. Our graduates are the driving force behind Gwinnett’s thriving volunteer culture, consistently stepping up to lead boards, champion initiatives, and give back to the community they call home.

As a self-proclaimed product of Gwinnett, Glance has opened my eyes to the numerous opportunities in Gwinnett for me as a parent, an educator, and as a resident. This experience reminded me that alone, we can do so little, but together we can do so much. I am excited to pour a little more back into the county that helped shape me.

Assistant Principal, GCPS

I was eager and excited to learn more about Gwinnett County as a whole, but I had no idea what Glance Gwinnett would do for me! Not only have I been better educated about the amazingness of Gwinnett, but now I am inspired to continue learning more and finding my unique way to help Gwinnett continue to thrive! I am ready and now feel empowered to get more involved!
