Prior to joining Leadership Gwinnett, Makalah worked at a private members’ business club, gaining valuable experience in event logistics, member engagement, and relationship management. Her background instilled a passion for creating welcoming environments and memorable experiences that bring people together.

Makalah graduated from the Gwinnett Young Professionals Class of 2026, where she strengthened her leadership skills and deepened her connection to the Gwinnett community. She is excited to support Leadership Gwinnett’s mission of inspiring, developing, and connecting leaders who make a lasting impact throughout the region.
