Under the glow of soft lights and sparkling décor, the Starlight Soirée celebrated 40 unforgettable years of leadership, growth, and community transformation in Gwinnett County.

On October 2, 2025 at the Gas South Convention Center, Leadership Gwinnett’s biggest stars convened for an elegant evening filled with inspiring stories, heartfelt reflections, and connections that illuminate the path forward. Attendees experienced a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of decades of leadership at the county level where they heard from an all-star cast of visionaries who guided our community through the years.

Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson, alongside former Gwinnett County Board of Commissioner Chairs Charlotte Nash, Wayne Hill, Wayne Mason, and Bill Atkinson, shared their remarkable journeys at the helm. Together, we honored our collective legacy and ignited the next chapter of leadership in Gwinnett.
