Stephen Pereira

Stephen Pereira is a partner at the law firm of Pereira, Kirby, Kinsinger & Nguyen, LLC, a firm built on its commitment to and relationships with the Gwinnett County Community. Representing the Gwinnett County Board of Education, The Gwinnett Water and Sewer Authority, the Gwinnett Hospital Authority and the Cities of Duluth, Lawrenceville, Sugar Hill and Grayson, the firm has a long history of helping local governments with their legal needs. Stephen is a member of the Sugarloaf Rotary Club and past board member of Hi-Hope Service Center, past Steering Committee Chair and Management Team Chair for Leadership Gwinnett. He has actively participated in Leadership Gwinnett since his graduating from the program in 2012 serving in many roles and even occasionally performing with his Retreat Committee friends. Residing in Stone Mountain with his wife and two children he has called Gwinnett home since 1980. A product of Gwinnett County Schools he graduated from Parkview High School. He went on to obtain dual degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from Winthrop University before earning his law degree at the University of Georgia School of Law.
